Thank you Sarah. Harvie, sleep training covers a wide variety of things from Cry It Out (CIO), controlled crying, patting or comforting your child to sleep. The main thing is it is a method to teach your baby/child to sleep on their own. I will be back here when I have time because I would love to hear some suggestions.
