I hadn't even thought of the truck repair being tax deductible. I'll make a note to ask our accountant about that.
My last day of class tonight. My final is Saturday morning, then another class starts Monday night. 1/18th way of the way through! Hmmm...that sounded more encouraging in my head!

She's not so little anymore  Here she is recently when we were visiting my parents(and she felt the need to torture the poor cat).
How are your not-so-little girls doing?
What class are you starting on Monday?

Ryanne, she has gotten so big! She is adorable! I love that look on her face...too funny!

They are doing great. Both in school full time and working, and the oldest married. She is out of the military now and close to home again, so we're happy about that. This will be the first holiday we've have had both girls home for 5 years, so we're all jazzed about that.

My next class is "Ethnicity in Family Counseling". I'm working on my masters in counseling to get my Marriage and Family Therapist license. I just started this portion in the fall, so I have a ways to go.

Thanks Mike. It's fine now...the truck is all fixed and working fine.
It's time for the annual Festival of Trees my mom and I go to every year. It's a very nice luncheon and a raffle with about 75 fully decorated trees loaded down with presents. I've one one twice now...we'll see if this year I can do it again! It's a worthy cause too...they support lots of children's causes and help out single moms with job training and things like that. Oh, and they have the yummiest desserts ever there. Oh yea...it's all about the dessert!

No, we didn't win this year, but we still had a good time and the food was excellent!
Ohhh, Sharon, those are some fun shoes! Some are atrocious, but a few of them, I'd totally wear. I love the cream colored open toe slingbacks...love them! The red alligator strappy heels are way cute too!
