I've been spending some time on the Charisma Mag forums. If you think those of us here that knew this was a fraud from the beginning are rough, you should read what some of those that were duped have to say.
Keep them in prayer that they are not turned away from Christ by Todd Bentley and those that supported/promoted/defended him

You should link them to here.. post the link on several of their threads. Let them know that though Todd has duped them.. Jesus and the Body of Christ, the Church, has not.

Thank you for your financial giving towards the vision of this ministry, and thank you especially for your prayers. For those of our partners, friends and supporters who may be struggling with the recent disclosures and finding continued support of this ministry in conflict with either conscience or conviction, we release and bless you with all our hearts and trust that God will redeem in your hearts the good that He has accomplished in your lives through this ministry. It is our sincerest hope and prayer that the Lord bless you and bring you into your fullest destiny in Him.

How about this ministry in your church?
As if you thought this group couldn't get any more NUTTY
Listen around 1:55. "WE go out and heal the sick." "WE go out and raise the dead"
Also at 2:55...let's practice raising the dead. Believe it or not on another video on their website, they encourage people to practice on ROAD KILL!
Of course at 6:00 she says that we haven't seen anyone raised from the dead yet.
Wonder how many will be signing up for this ministry?
BTW...Extreme Prophetic is a big proponent of Todd Bentley

My question is, how many more failures will it take before people begin to take a look at their theology.
I haven't seen hardly a person yet in this group do any self-examination about their beliefs and truly holding them up to the light of Scripture.
I've just heard of more excuses about why this has occured to Todd and even in a couple of cases, talks about his restoration.
How can you be restored to something that was flawed and unbiblical in the first place?

All I can say is just wow. How low can people sink? Should be be giving the world reasons to think that we are nuts? This stuff just make me sad.

It's like watching a Saturday Night Live skit....someone tell me, is that what this is? No come on! It's one of their stupid skits, right? I don't watch SNL because it is so full of, well, stuff I don't think I should watch, but I know that because I have watched it.  And that is all I could think of when I watched 2/3 of this spirtual porn (that's what David Wilkerson calls it)
Am I allowed to be angry? God is truly revealing what is in the heart's of people who call themselves by His name. It is like watching the destruction of what was still left of any credibility that Christianity still had when it comes to God actually healing someone. Raise the dead? I wish the dead would come to life and grab a few of those hell-raisers.
I have decided I am angry. God knows anyway.

There were charletons before Bentley and there will be more to follow him. Our job is to keep "the main thing, the main thing" in the areas of service.
Of revival is to visit the USA, I am more convinced it will be through the "Church on the Inside" where all has been stripped away - even a literal strip search as they are being processed - and all they have is Jesus Christ.

Then what should a christian's response be to this? It does concern me I have helped minister to pedos in my current church and previously off and on for years. That's the world and sadly it is also a small part of the church.
I'm not stupid about this I would never allow one alone with my kids and a church should never allow one to teach the kids (this is a common point in many church liability policies if they don't want sued for the building, pulpit and bibles.)
As for Bentley he was 14 and not involved in ministry at the time. This never impacted my impression of him since his theology and doctrine was so very far off I had him on ignore anyway.

I just wanted to pause to thank the Lord for all of the wonderful people of God that still care about biblical truth and defending God's Holy Word from the enemy's minions.
It was so awesome to see so many here able to see through Todd Bentley and the rest of his Latter Rain cohorts. It is a true blessing that his supporters here were few and far between. It's especially encouraging to know that there are still biblically literate, discerning followers of Christ out there that spot counterfeits immediately, and are also not afraid to expose them.
It definiately helps that we now have the technology to better expose these wolves to the rest of the world.
While we may not know it, I truly believe that as a result of this thread, there were people that were drawn to Lakeland, that had their spiritual eyes opened.
I pray that Todd Bentley, and his partners in the heretical Latter Rain/Dominionist/Kingdom Now cults(Wagner, Ahn, Joyner, Pierce, Jones, King, Sheets, Bickle, Cain, etc) are awakened by this and come to COMPLETE repentance of their unbiblical theology. What a great witness it would be if they would renounce this doctrine and proclaim the TRUE Word of God!

Do we call it ignoring, or "ignorance?" Not throwing stones here at anyone.
This is why people like Bentley do and get away with what they do.

While Bentley was an "obvious" fraud for me, it took him to open my eyes to all those
around him and before him. Now the stynch of "wolf" will be obvious from now on.
