I'm offended that once again you all are getting offended at each other being offended and I'm not around to watch...
I'm offended that you expect us to wait for you before we can be offended at each other being offended.

It certainly easier than having to go back and forth all the time. What a waste of energy...

I am so offended that I think I can quit my job and get a check from offensive working people. The stress to just so great that I cannnot even push a broom. Please feel sorry for me.

I bet you could even get 'bruised feelings' money or something.

Hello family and friends,

Ecclesiastes 10:19-20

19Bread is made for laughter,
and wine gladdens life,
and money answers everything.
20Even in your thoughts, do not curse the king,
nor in your bedroom curse the rich,
for a bird of the air will carry your voice,
or some winged creature tell the matter.

a bird of the air will carry my voice,
or some winged creature will tell others why they're
offended with me.

Birds easily offend me. Don't get me wrong, they are beautiful as they fly, but when they land...that's the problem.

I even purchased some teensy Pampers for them but they never stay still. Wanna see the railing on my porch?

I was at the seaside the other day. Seagulls flying everywhere. One of them landed its load on my head.

I asked my wife for a paper handkerchief.

She said: What's the point, the bird has flown away by now.

I'm offended that the geese around here have an uncanny ability to hit my car the day after I wash it...

John 6:55-65

55For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. 56Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. 57As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me. 58 This is the bread that came down from heaven, not like the bread the fathers ate and died. Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever." 59Jesus said these things in the synagogue, as he taught at Capernaum.

The Lord Jesus tells us the truth, but some of his disciples are offened by this teaching...even Christians nowadays!

60 When many of his disciples heard it, they said, "This is a hard saying; who can listen to it?" 61But Jesus, knowing in himself that his disciples were grumbling about this, said to them, "Do you take offense at this? 62Then what if you were to see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before? 63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life. 64But there are some of you who do not believe." (For Jesus knew from the beginning who those were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray him.) 65And he said, "This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father."

Here is something that really DOES offend me here at forums...

Someone starts a thread. Puts in his idea. The next person who comments quotes the op.

I don't understand that. Its one post above your's. Did you forget what was said the three seconds the post window comes up?

Then the third poster does the same thing.

Postman was very upset because he dropped his hat and the dog tore it to pieces.

I said: Well, at least you weren't wearing it at the time.

He replied: I take offence to that.

Me: Don't take the fence, I've just put it up.

Him: I don't like your attitude.

Me: It's not my 'at he chewed, it's your 'at he chewed.
