I like her! She was great in Providence and on Guiding Light! Don't know much about the Fishburne guy. Sad to see that hunky Grissom go, though. Can't say I'll have much interest.

Fishburne's a great actor, good at intense characters.

Perhaps they will do the unthinkable: (for US television that is) join the rest of the world and cast another actor into that same role. I read that, and imagined some kind of Dr. Who like transformation. Considering Grissom's obsession with bugs, though, maybe if he went into a cocoon state, and then hatched out again... Yeah, just being silly.

Anyone see the ads for the new season opener? They find Warrick still alive.... They are calling it the season that changes everything.

ORIGINAL: DaveW Anyone see the ads for the new season opener? They find Warrick still alive.... They are calling it the season that changes everything. From what I understand, Warrick is only supposed to make a brief appearnce at the opening of the new season. After that I beleive he is supposed to have died....but who knows; anything is possible in TV land. I'd like to see them keep Warrick but I have the feeling that both Gary Dourdan and the producers of the show have a mutual interest in terminating Warrick's character.

I love CSI and it was Grissom who I think hooked me. But I like Lawrence Fishburne too, so I think it'll be interesting to see what happens next. But at least the young goofy guy will still be there, I like him a lot too. Can't remember his name right now, I haven't watched it since they started with the reruns again.

Are you talking about Greg Sanders? He's one of my favorite characters too, but they don't use him near enough since he left the lab.
