Last night we went to a potluck, I took Yellow Curry and rice... It went MUCH faster then I thought, I was amazed.

Tonight will be something easy, probably fresh tomato sauce and cheese ravioli.

I had better get it together. It's my husband's birthday. All I know is we are having barbecued rib eye steak. I'll have to come up with a vege and a grain.

Yummy Cynthia. My fav is sweet potatos on the grill.

I have a migrane and have been in bed all day. So dinner for the girls was McDonalds. Jake ate by his dad's house, and DH has not yet eaten, unless he had McDonalds with the girls too. Not sure. Don't really care. Tomorrow is going to be breakfast for dinner though.

Did not feel like cooking last night, so it was Annie's organic mac & cheese. We love Annie's mac & cheese.

Tonight I think I'll make some potato salad and chicken salad on whole wheat pita. Something green too, but not sure what.

Taco soup, and maybe cornbread muffins, too, if I decide to heat the kitchen by turning on the oven.

I put some frozen chicken breasts into the crockpot, put a can of cream of mushroom soup over them and turned them on high. Hopefully they will be ready by 4:30. I'll serve them with rice or noodles and squash. (No we have not had it every night!)

I have to think about that one for a bit. Probably tonight will be sloppy joe. And some stuff to go with it. I still have a watermelon to cut up and some sweet potatos.
