We watched too! It's a smile for me because of all the years we've tried to do this and either didn't see a thing, had bad weather, or just couldn't bring ourselves to get up, this is the first time we've managed to see a fairly good show!

My girls and I enjoyed it.

Did you watch them last night tlims? I love meteor showers.......I can't wait till the girls are old enough to stay up late and watch them........

They had their first day of school today.........not late nights for them till next summer.......so I watched by myself.

Sadly.... that wonderful rain that I love & made me smile? Yeah, the clouds sort of hid the sky last night so it wasn't possible

But today is another day & the sun is shining, so maybe tonight?

Makes me smile thinking of Joy2 out there watching the night sky & probably thinking about, writing about & loving the Lord...

I usually miss the meteor showers too - a combination of weather and having to stay up past dark to see them, lol.

I am an early morning person, so usually go to bed early too.

Smiles for my grandson's first soccer practice . Hope he likes it better than he liked Tball! Somehow I don't think he's going to be into sports so much...

Hi Rosie! Seeing Rosie makes me smile... how are things going? Do you have a classroom of little ones again this year, are you going back to school yourself, or something totally new for you?

Sorry to hear about the medicalo stuff Rosie, but glad you are doing the master's stuff. Are you thinking about teaching teachers ?

I'm smiling today because it's nice out again. We're in one of those off and on showers all week type weather patterns. One minute it's all blue skies and beautiful, the next it's raining like crazy . We live in such a interesting world, don't we?

No, for now, its along the lines of a masters in Reading......which would totally get me back w/the kiddies, and the school as a reading coach.
I could go anywhere w/that and really see myself using these tools anywhere i would go.

I can't help but smile at the realization of how much God values not only my heart but the heart of those I love.

I don't know anyone I don't love........there are some people I may not like that well........some people I do not agree with much of the time.........but loving someone does not equate agreeing with them.

Smiling...because I solved a major problem with someone last night. He and I may never see eye to eye on some things, but we can still be friends. He is my brother in Christ, and I don't want there to be tension between us. Just knowing that we can work out problems in a grown-up way...that makes me smile!

Silly, all it means is that now you'll have to worry about not having an income, lol because you have no steady income to worry about, lol...

No the opposite of love is hate. indifference means having no bias, prejudice, or preference; impartial; disinterested...robots are indifferent not people.

Jesuschick it is really great to see you........

Children's voices lifting up the name of the Lord as they sing and dance His story makes me smile.....

Diversity...........children from 5 to 5th grade......boys and girls.....black and white.....poor and rich....all working together to glorify His name.

Faces glowing, smiles abounding, and insecurities removed as acceptance is offered.

The children at my church, including Kens (10) and Sky(7), spent 2 1/2 hours every weds night this summer rehearsing a musical. Today was the performance. I was so impressed and have not stopped smiling since.

The leaders did such an amazing job. I had expected a cute performance where you owwwed and awwwwed because they're children. Where laughter is usually not because of punch lines but children's doing the funny things children do.........

How do you take almost 30 children from age 5 to 12, most being under eight, and get them to dance and sing so well........especially when the solo's were spread out and not just given to the "best" singers? I don't know.

But the four women who gave their summer for these children to have the experience of their young lives know how for they succeeded.

The production was the best children's production I have ever seen........the dance moves were wonderful........the singing outstanding....and the actors engaging.

My smile is huge.......what an experience for them.

The crowd not only gave the customary standing ovation most children's programs get but continued to clap and shout bravos for almost five minutes.

I think everyone was a little surprised at how well they performed.......

But nothing was as precious as the smiles on the children's faces as they stood on the stage listening to the thundering applause......

Yes this morning smiles were everywhere, on every face, and I imagine mine is not the only one still there.

No, when there is no emotion there is no feeling which equals nothingness........to hate there has to of been an attachment or something like that to equal one putting forth an emotion about.

I just wonder if you enjoy being contrary.......it is kindof funny seeing different sides of you!

I always end up getting the same fortune "Help I'm being held captive in a Chinese bakery"

I suppose I should check it out one of these days.
